The Apartment
This nice and airy apartment is located in Gabriel Max straße 18, in a silent and courtyard at the 2nd floor of an old characteristic building (1905) recently renovated, right by Simon-Dach straße and Boxhagener platz. The apartment is placed on the second floor of the rear building. It consists of two rooms spacing out
on 50 m². The rooms are arranged like this: Next to the entrance lies the first room, where an open kitchen is enclosed. The second room is placed behind the bathroom. All rooms are equipped with sanded wooden flooring. The bathroom has a shower and is tiled with white flags. The kitchen flooring is tiled with light-grey flags. Here are a sink with a lower board and a cooker. It is equipped with modern furniture and accessories, an LCD television, a small self-catering kitchenette, two single beds (possibly joinable) and another king size sofa bed. The apartment is in a very good condition. It has a
central heating system.

Because of its location in the rear building, the apartment is very quiet. The surroundings are lively, there are shopping possibilities nearby, parks in close range and there’s even great nightlife just a few blocks away. Traffic connections with a national road and subway close by are excellent.
